A BILL to amend and reenact section twenty-four, article eighteen,
chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand
nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing
the state rail authority.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section twenty-four, article eighteen, chapter twenty-
nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 18. WEST VIRGINIA STATE RAIL AUTHORITY.
§29-18-24.
Termination date Continuation of state rail authority.

Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the West Virginia state rail authority shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand two four, unless
sooner terminated, continued or reestablished by act of the
Legislature.
